Founder

Louis Smith, founder of Cheltenham Place, brings nearly two decades of experience in the finance and real estate sectors. His career has involved working on hospitality projects with prestigious brands such as Hilton, Ritz Carlton, and Melia International, where he developed a deep understanding of high-value offerings. 

Currently, Louis serves as the co-founder and Director of Aurelius Affiliate, a company that collaborates with Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Private Equity firms on real estate and renewable energy investments across the UK and Europe. His extensive network of senior industry figures, combined with his in-depth experience in facilitating high-value introductions, makes him exceptionally well-positioned to meet the sophisticated recruitment needs of both clients and candidates within the finance industry.
